U.S. House Defeats Debt Ceiling Measure Democrats Call ‘Charade’

Legislation to raise the U.S. debt limit by $2.4 trillion failed to win House approval today in a vote Democrats said was rigged to ensure its defeat.

Republicans who control the House last week announced the vote as a way to demonstrate that lawmakers don’t support extending the $14.3 trillion debt limit without an agreement with President Barack Obama’s administration on significant spending cuts to curb government spending.

Voting in favor of raising the limit were 97 lawmakers, opposing it were 318. Support for the increase not only failed to get a simple majority, it fell far short of the two-thirds margin of lawmakers present and voting needed for passage under the streamlined procedures Republicans used to bring the measure to the floor.

The House conducted the vote as congressional leaders are seeking agreement on a package of spending cuts in negotiations chaired by Vice President Joe Biden in time to raise the debt ceiling by an Aug. 2 deadline. Biden has said negotiators are trying to find savings of $1 trillion over 10 years.

Today’s vote won’t fan fears among bond traders that the U.S. may default on its obligations because “the markets are used to considerable amount of theater before any major debt- ceiling debate,” said Lou Crandall, chief economist for the Wrightson ICAP LLC unit of London-based ICAP Plc, the world’s largest broker of trades between banks.

“People generally assume” that “these sorts of issues won’t come to a head just before the projected deadline,” he said in a telephone interview. “That’s still a couple of months off,” so “no one is anticipating an action at this point.”

Bond Yields

For all of Washington’s debate about the deficit, bond market yields in the U.S. are lower now than when the government was running a budget surplus a decade ago, even though the amount of marketable debt outstanding has grown. The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note was at 3.06 percent at 5:00 p.m. New York time, according to Bloomberg Bond Trader prices -- well below the average of 5.48 percent in the period from 1998 to 2001.

White House press secretary Jay Carney earlier today said the administration believes that Congress ultimately will act to raise the debt ceiling.

“Regardless of any other development the debt ceiling must be and will be raised,” he said. He declined to characterize today’s House vote, other than to say it’s “an expression of a point of view” regarding the need to address deficits.

“We share the concerns that drive those views,” he said. “In the end, the debt ceiling has to be raised.”

‘Political Charade’

House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer of Maryland said it was irresponsible for Republicans to conduct the vote “solely for the purpose” of defeating the measure. “To put something on the floor for the purpose of seeing it fail, without any opportunity to debate” shows that “this is a political charade,” he told reporters.

Kevin Smith, a spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner, said in an e-mail that President Barack Obama “and congressional Democrats have asked for a debt limit hike without any spending cuts and budget reforms,” and “this vote will show that the American people won’t tolerate that.”

Cuts Sought

In a May 24 statement issued to introduce the measure, House Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp said he would oppose raising the debt ceiling without “significant spending cuts and budgetary reforms.”

As proposed by Camp, a Michigan Republican, the legislation would have raised the debt limit by $2.4 trillion, the amount Obama’s proposed budget said would be needed to continue U.S. borrowing through the 2012 fiscal year.

The measure “will allow the House to reject a clean increase in the debt limit, proving to American people, the financial markets and the administration that we are serious about tackling our debt and deficit problems,” Camp said in his statement.

“It is so important that we have a clear path forward” to spending cuts “given what the ratings agencies are saying about our debt,” Camp said today in floor debate.

Standard & Poor’s in April put the U.S. debt on a “negative outlook” on concern that Congress and Obama wouldn’t agree on a plan to curb medium and long-term spending.

“It would be irresponsible to increase the debt ceiling without reforms that start cutting spending,” Louisiana Republican Steve Scalise said in today’s debate.

“Enough of giving the president the uncontrolled use of the American credit card,” he said.

‘False Premise’

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, said Republicans were propagating a “false premise” that raising the debt limit would encourage more borrowing.

She and other Democrats also pressed the case that much of the government’s debt was accrued during Republican President George W. Bush’s administration.

Hoyer said “we need to deal with this issue seriously,” and not “as a simplistic suggestion that somehow President Obama caused this.” As examples of expenses that began under Bush, he cited $1.3 trillion spent on wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, an expanded Medicare “drug prescription bill we haven’t paid for,” and “tax cuts your party voted for” that “we didn’t pay for.”

With 87 freshmen Republican lawmakers, many elected with support of the Tea Party movement, Boehner has sought to reassure his members that he will insist in negotiations that such spending cuts are imposed as a condition of raising the debt ceiling.

Boehner has also sought to reassure bond investors that the U.S. won’t default on its financial obligations. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner has warned that a failure to raise the debt ceiling by Aug. 2, the date he now projects borrowing authority would be exhausted, may have catastrophic effects on the U.S. economy by sharply raising borrowing costs.

Boehner, an Ohio Republican, has said that spending cuts should exceed the amount by which Congress increases the borrowing authority.

Sarah Palin dismisses Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner’s warnings about debt ceiling

SEABROOK, N.H. — Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin (R) teed off on Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner on Thursday night, saying she does not believe his “false statements” that a “catastrophe would befall” the country if Congress fails to raise the debt ceiling by August.

On her first day in New Hampshire, Palin held an impromptu news conference as she was leaving a clambake here. She encouraged congressional Republicans to hold firm in the debt-ceiling negotiations, and she said thecost of the war in Afghanistan and the posture of the Afghan government should prompt consideration of a quicker drawdown of U.S. forces there.

What was Timothy Geithner thinking back in 2008 when, as president of the New York Fed, he decided to give Goldman Sachs a $30 billion interest-free loan as part of an $80 billion secret float to favored banks? The sordid details of that program were finally made public this week in response to a court order for a Freedom of Information Act release, thanks to a Bloomberg News lawsuit. Sorry, my bad: It wasn't an interest-free loan; make that .01 percent that Goldman paid to borrow taxpayer money when ordinary folks who missed a few credit card payments in order to finance their mortgages were being slapped with interest rates of more than 25 percent.

One wonders if Barack Obama was fully aware of Geithner's deceitful performance at the New York Fed when he appointed him treasury secretary in the incoming administration. The president was probably ignorant of this particular giveaway, as were key members of Congress. "I wasn't aware of this program until now," Barney Frank, D-Mass., who at the time chaired the House Financial Services Committee, admitted in referring to Geithner's "single-tranche open-market operations" program. And there was no language in the Dodd-Frank law supposedly reining in the banks that compelled the Fed to reveal the existence of this program.

It was merely one small part of that reckless policy of throwing.....

What more do these people have to do before they are fired?  Until we start demanding that these thugs are held accountable for part of the mess we are in now, we will continue to "swirl the drain"...Geithner, Holder, Frank, Reid,Obama, etc., they all must be driven out of office....NOW...

TurboTax Timmy should have never been confirmed as Treasury Secretary in the first place. The man is as crooked as a dogs hind leg and knows even less about fiscal policy than his boss. It would be a toss up as to which is the least qualified to decide fiscal policy Geithner or Obama.

These are good articles, but I wish the Republicans would start telling the truth about Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and his predecessor, Henry Paulsen.  These men make the worst burglars seem like saints.  They were both installed by the power brokers behind the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank, and they have directed the rape of America's wealth and productivity.  They must be fully investigated and charged with crimes, up to and including treason.

Folks, it's time for revolution to overthrow our oppressors.  That revolution is the Second America Revolution to reinstate our Constitutional Republic, abolish the unconstitutional central bank, and arrest all the thieves behind the rape of America.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Former senator and 2008 presidential candidate John Edwards was indicted Friday on six counts, including conspiracy, issuing false statements, and violating campaign contribution laws.

Plea discussions had been ongoing between Edwards' defense lawyers and federal prosecutors, but no agreement was reached.

A grand jury has been investigating that money given to support Edwards' mistress, Rielle Hunter, by benefactors of Edwards should have been considered campaign donations -- a contention Edwards' team has disputed.

Edwards had not wanted to plead guilty to a felony because he could lose his law license, a source familiar with the inquiry previously told CNN.

The case involves financial aid given to Hunter. During their affair, Hunter became pregnant with Edwards' baby, though at first he denied he was the father.

While prosecutors believe the monetary help given to Hunter by two of Edwards' political backers should have been considered campaign donations, Edwards' attorneys disagree.

Edwards' attorney Greg Craig has said his client "has done wrong in his life -- and he knows it better than anyone -- but he did not break the law." He said the government's theory of the case "is wrong on the facts and wrong on the law."

The government is believed to be building its case that Edwards violated campaign finance law on an 11-year-old advisory opinion issued by the Federal Election Commission, which asserted that a gift to a candidate for federal office would be considered a campaign contribution, a source with knowledge of the inquiry told CNN this week.

The decision, dated June 14, 2000, is known as "Harvey." It's named after a man named Phillip Harvey who sought guidance from the FEC because he wanted to give money to someone who was preparing to run for federal office, but didn't want the money to be used for campaign purposes.

The opinion is important because Hunter received more than $1 million from two contributors -- 100-year-old philanthropist Rachel "Bunny" Mellon of Virginia and attorney Fred Baron, who has since died.

Edwards' attorneys have said that the money was not and should not be considered political contributions. If it wasn't a political contribution, what was it? The most widely reported theory -- which the Edwards team has publicly neither confirmed nor denied -- is that the money was given to keep Edwards' wife, Elizabeth, from finding out about his mistress and child.

The source with knowledge of the inner workings of the case and other legal observers have noted that the advisory opinion is shaky ground to base a federal prosecution on because it is not a black-letter federal statute, and apparently has not been cited in any important case law, or as legal authority behind any important court decisions.

Federal prosecutors in North Carolina have declined to comment on the case because it is a matter relating to a grand jury.

Other experts have said the Justice Department would have a strong case in court if it could prove Edwards knew about the funds and what they were being used for - a contention he has denied.

Sarah Palin's bus tour of patriotic sites rolled unexpectedly into New YorkTuesday, when she went for a Times Square slice with fellow presidential flirtDonald Trump.

The meeting of the GOP's two flashiest and savviest media manipulators - both reality TV stars - caused a predictable press frenzy and sparked wild speculation about a Palin-Trump ticket.

"She didn't ask me (to run with her) but I'll tell you, she's a terrific woman," Trump said as he ushered Palin into a branch of Famous Famiglia pizza on Broadway at 50th St.

Palin chose the Albanian pizza chain that advertises itself as New York's favorite. They ordered a large pepperoni pie as out of towners lined up at the restaurant windows to snap photos.

"It's amazing," said owner Giorgio Kolaj. "You can't get more New York than that, Donald Trump ordering pizza here."

Palin, who said she will visit Ellis Island Wednesday was with her daughter and parents; Trump brought wife Melania.

As they walked out of the eatery, Palin explained: "Every time you go to New York, you gotta see Donald Trump. I approve of his independence. I told him, 'don't shy away from speaking out.'"

Palin, who earlier visited the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia, left her brightly-painted bus at a hotel in Jersey City and went to see the real estate mogul at his Trump Tower apartment.

Trump special counsel Michael Cohen said Palin requested the meeting, saying she was coming through town on her "One Nation" bus trip to New Hampshire.

"They are friends and have been talking for a while about getting together when the governor is in town," Cohen said.

"Not for nothing, I think Mr. Trump can teach a lot of these politicians a lot."

Cohen said he was buried by media calls from the moment the dinner was announced - hundreds in the space of a few minutes. "It's created a total frenzy. It's a testament to Donald Trump as an individual and the power of the Trump mark," Cohen said.

Yet again, Trump and Palin threatened to suck up all the oxygen in the GOP primary, which so far features two frontrunners - Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty - who couldn't create a media frenzy if they were on fire.

Trump zoomed from nowhere to the top of some primary polls in April by repeatedly questioning whether President Obama was hiding his birth certificate.

The media mogul's popularity tanked after Obama released the certificate and then announced the killing of Osama bin Laden, making birther complaints look small.

Trump announced soon after that he was choosing his TV show "Celebrity Apprentice" over attempting to lead the nation.

But he may reconsider his presidential bow-out, Cohen said hopefully.

"I wouldn't count it out," he said. "I truly believe in him and the country needs somebody like him."

Palin has caused a ruckus this week when she set off on a bus trip - documented on her political PAC's website next to a big DONATE button - but refused to tell reporters where she was going, forcing them into a cat and mouse chase.

So far she's been to the National Archives, George Washington's home, Civil War battlefields and the Liberty Bell, making no speeches but always causing a stir.

Interest was just beginning to flag when the Trump dinner was announced.

Barbarians Inside Our Gates: Who Makes Your List?

In the spring of 1775, silversmith and patriot Paul Revere rode into the cold night to warn that the British were coming. A century and a half later, America helped defeat Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan — two nations bent on world domination and extinguishing individual liberty.

The world has changed, and the war at home rages. Geographic borders no longer demarcate the saintly from the sinister. Battle lines between good and evil dissipate like ink in a churning ocean.

Look no further than billionaire Donald Trump who wanted to sell out America for better ratings and bigger profits — so says author Jerome Corsi, who has accused Trump’s publicized run for the Republican candidacy as “working with (President Barack) Obama.” The goal of Trump’s gambit was to neutralize the entire Birther controversy.

Corsi says the real truth is in his book Where’s the Birth Certificate? Corsi declared that revelations in his book would mean the Obama Administration “would not survive.” Corsi believes he has evidence that proved the administration has tried to preserve itself using “criminal fraud.”

According to Corsi, Trump engineered the entire birth certificate controversy in order to make the press “go to sleep.” Trump was able to kill two birds with one stone. Not only was Obama exonerated, but candidate Trump smeared the conservative movement just as it was gaining momentum.

Trump’s reward was a $60 million television contract with NBC, owned by General Electric, which has been an enormous backer of Obama. This won’t surprise readers of Personal Liberty Digest™. More than a month ago, Bob Livingston, Ben Crystal and yours truly suggested this Trump card was being played out.

It is deceit like this that makes it harder to know who stands with us and who stands against us.

“When barbarians sacked Rome in the 5th Century, they came from without,” wrote James Dale Davidson and Lord William Ress-Mogg in their book The Great Reckoning. “Today, America’s barbarians are homegrown.”

That book was published in 1994. Even as I was reading it, I had my own reckoning of sorts.

We had who we thought was a wonderful young woman working for us. Nobody would have recognized her as a barbarian. Her name was Grace. She had been schooled at a Catholic seminary. Grace seemed like a perfect employee: punctual, helpful and polite.

One morning, Grace didn’t arrive at work. We didn’t find out why until the next evening when my wife and I were watching the local nightly news. Suddenly, Angela blurted out: “My God, that’s Grace!”

There was Grace, handcuffed and clad in an orange prison jumpsuit. Behind her was her barbarian boyfriend replete with biker clothes and an earring. Grace had been arrested for conspiring to commit murder against the boyfriend’s handicapped wife to collect on a life-insurance policy.

Grace had enlisted murder for hire. Her would-be hit man was a cop. The evidence was on audio tape. It was meant to look like a robbery gone awry.

Grace was an example of a homegrown barbarian pulling at the social fabric, ripping at a nation founded on decency and civility.

Enemies Of Liberty: The Federal Reserve

A decade before Grace devised a murder plot, I started working for my father, who wrote critically about the Federal Reserve. It wasn’t as much in fashion in those days, but one of the questions he wanted to know (and which remains unanswerable): Who owns the Federal Reserve? It is not the Federal government, even though the Fed creates money and lends it to American citizens and foreign investors via the private banks that are the real owners.

The Fed also decides what rate of interest to charge, thus creating waves of deflation, as in the 1930s, or inflation, as in the 1970s (and perhaps today). The Fed also buys U.S. Treasury debt with money created by the stroke of a computer key. American taxpayers are left to pay the bill, plus the going interest rate on their credit cards, mortgages and all other debt.

The Fed is not answerable to Congress or the President. Created almost a Century ago, the Fed is shrouded in mystery.

It was the Fed whose loose monetary policies led in part to the ongoing financial crisis. And what has the central bank done to fix the calamity it created? It cocked a gun at the head of Congressional leaders and told them to bail out the big banks with hundreds of billions of dollars, “or else.”(If you haven’t read the book Too Big to Fail by Andrew Ross Sorkin, watch the new HBO movie by the same title.)

For the past decade, the Fed has cut interest rates, which now sit at all-time lows (see the graph below of the Fed Funds rate which is effectively at zero).


Because of the Fed, purchasing power of the dollar has been eviscerated. For that, each of us pays every day.

Enemies Of Liberty: The Media

I don’t get every American TV channel living up here in Canada. But with the new year, our cable provider added MSNBC. I clicked only once to that station and witnessed Keith Olbermann in the middle of his meltdown, the tirade that got him fired.

While Olbermann may be extreme, he certainly isn’t alone in pushing the liberal agenda. The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference by Malcolm Gladwell makes this argument. The book cites a study by Brian Mullen of Syracuse University that demonstrated a bias by Peter Jennings, the late anchor for ABC’s World News Tonight, when he was reporting on Presidential candidates Ronald Reagan and Walter Mondale.

I don’t need studies to tell me the press is biased. Just last week on NBC, correspondent Norah O’Donnell excitedly touted Obama’s stop in Ireland as he toured Europe to connect with his roots. The reporter proclaimed: “The Irish eyes are smiling today as this country welcomes President Obama. And I can tell you that the people here in Moneygall are overjoyed that Obama has Irish roots.”

Seriously? I am Irish, too, but only on St. Patrick’s Day and only if my wife lets me go to the pub.

Government "Death Panels" to Be Used in Medicare?

So it would appear that the word “Death Panels” have been replaced with “Efficiency”.

According to an article in the New York Times, hospitals are going to be held to “Efficiency” standards for each individual Medicare Patient:

“WASHINGTON — For the first time in its history, Medicare will soon track spending on millions of individual beneficiaries, reward hospitals that hold down costs and penalize those whose patients prove most expensive.

The administration plans to establish “Medicare spending per beneficiary” as a new measure of hospital performance, just like the mortality rate for heart attack patients and the infection rate for surgery patients.

Hospitals could be held accountable not only for the cost of the care they provide, but also for the cost of services performed by doctors and other health care providers in the 90 days after a Medicare patient leaves the hospital.

This plan has drawn fire from hospitals, which say they have little control over services provided after a patient’s discharge — and, in many cases, do not even know about them. More generally, they are apprehensive about Medicare’s plans to reward and penalize hospitals based on untested measures of efficiency that include spending per beneficiary.

A major goal of the new health care law, often overlooked, is to improve “the quality and efficiency of health care” by linking payments to the performance of health care providers. The new Medicare initiative, known as value-based purchasing, will redistribute money among more than 3,100 hospitals.

Medicare will begin computing performance scores in July, for monetary rewards and penalties that start in October 2012.

The desire to reward hospitals for high-quality care is not new or controversial. The idea can be traced back to a bipartisan bill introduced in Congress in 2005, when Democrats and Republicans were still working together on health care. However, adding in “efficiency” is entirely new and controversial, as no consensus exists on how to define or measure the efficiency of health care providers.

The new health care law directs the secretary of health and human services to develop “efficiency measures, including measures of Medicare spending per beneficiary.” Obama administration officials will decide how to calculate spending per beneficiary and how to use it in paying hospitals.”

So what will happen when your “spending per beneficiary” is used up?

22 Page Criminal Complaint Filed With FBI: Claims Irrefutable Proof Obama's Online Birth Document A Fraud...

This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.


An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.


"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery."


Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."


When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration."


Since 1993, Vogt has owned Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software.


Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years.


Curved and non-curved lines of type


Vogt says that the curved surface on the left margin of the Obama birth certificate suggests the county employee who did the original scanning of the document did not take the individual page out of the binder.


"The result is that all the pages in that book display a parallax distorted image of the lines and type," he says.


He claims, however, that the information typed into the form does not curve like the printed text on the form itself.


As seen in Figure 1 below, the word "Sex" on the printed form curves into the binder, while the typed word "Male" does not, Vogt argues.


Vogt observes that the word "Sex" printed on the form slants more to the left than the typed-in word "Male" below it.


He claims to have found another parallax problem in line 6c, "Name of Hospital or Institution."


The word "Name" printed on the form and the lines above and below drop down two pixels while the typed-in hospital name, "Kapiolani," does not, he says.


"The conclusion you must come to is that the typed-in form was superimposed over an existing original Certificate of Live Birth form," Vogt writes.

McCain Criticizes Obama Over Libya Operation

June 1, 2011 by Personal Liberty News Desk Senator John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Sunday slammed President Barack Obama for his handling of the nation’s military strategy in Libya.

During an appearance on FOX News Sunday, McCain said Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi would have already been removed from power if the United States had remained in control of the operation. Instead, the NATO-led mission is failing to protect freedom-seeking civilians in the embattled nation.

McCain, who was Obama’s opponent in the 2008 election, blasted the Commander in Chief for his slow reaction to the civil war in Libya.

“As he is gradually changing, people are dying on the ground in Libya. And they wouldn’t have to if we were using all of U.S. airpower and the abilities and the unique capabilities that the United States military has,” McCain told the news source. “And, unfortunately, we are not.”

Meanwhile, Obama’s request for legislation backing U.S. involvement in Libya has been ignored by the House of Representatives. According to The Hill, aides from both political parties said there are no plans to bring a resolution to the chamber floor.

Last week, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) said that the Libyan mission would be addressed via amendments to the defense authorization bill. However, a bipartisan group of Senators, including McCain, have signed on to a resolution supporting the military efforts in North Africa.

and that they overmedicated him and tricked him into signing all of his disability over to them with power of attorney over him. Sara Thompson says that most of the time he is so overmedicated that he reeks of urine, and all he wants to do is smoke cigarettes and stay overmedicated. I told her that I would need to interview him, but maybe another news agency would like to pick up this story to do a professional, informal interview, not conducted by myself or through Sara Thompson.

Sara Thompson also alleges that several years ago when Heron Bay was being built that Mike James and a crew of 13 people were forced to cover over a grave site. Sara Thompson alleges that Mike James confided to her that Billy Duncan, who supervised, was responsible for the ordering of grave desecration: bodies dug up because headstones were too worn to identify, the bodies were put into a mass grave, and a house is built on top of this mass grave TO THIS DAY. The workers, being under duress, were afraid to complain for fear of losing their jobs: Ricky, Josh, Mike (were those named in this recount.)

While Sarah Thompson makes all of these allegations, may it be noted that on 2 occasions/visits that I witnessed questionable dispensing of her own medicine to Scotty Gregg, while he was sick (Scotty Gregg doesn't have insurance). My concern was that since Scotty was released last October 2010, he had done well to not use unprescribed prescription drugs at all, as in the past he said that he used to snort several at a time. I did not see him much the summer of 2010, as he was busy working, delivering meat.

However, I have heard that not only did he pass off Epsom salt for Nakia Burns as if it were another drug (counterfeit substance), that he also gave $100 of fake drugs to Dylan/Dillon, who when he was 17 gave Scotty Gregg the money for it and when Dylan passed these fake drugs off on someone unknowingly, they retaliated by beating Dylan/Dillon profusely. Dylan/Dillon is the same one who Megan Coursey/McDaniel(s) recruited to shoplift for her last year, to become a part of her gang. In retaliation, for being beat up, though Scotty Gregg told me that Dylan/Dillon did this because he wouldn't give Dylan/Dillon pills, Dylan/Dillon killed Scotty Gregg's pit bull named "Little man", white, with Spud Webb black eye circle marking, by crushing and strangling it to death the night before probation officers were summoned to Scotty Gregg's home.

Scotty Gregg has always told me that when Dylan/Dillon gets of age, that he will beat him nearly to death for what he did to his dog.

Yet, Scotty Gregg would only tell me parts of the stories or what he would want me to know at the time. He never mentioned this incident about selling drugs to Dylan/Dillon underage and that Dylan/Dillon almost got killed over it. I remember Chris Rogers and Cody Ray talking about it years ago when I dated Chris Rogers, and Chris Rogers surmised it thus: "Good! Maybe that will teach Dylan/Dillon not to do that stuff." I said to Chris Rogers that while I did not really care for Dylan/Dillon, and that I didn't want Cody Ray to hang out with him because I felt Dylan/Dillon was a bad influence, I did not feel it was right that he was beat up for something he probably didn't know about anyway, but at the time, I did not know Scotty Gregg or that it was him who stuck Dylan/Dillon for that money.                  

I also didn't know until recently that Scotty Gregg has sold his grandmother's prescription pills nearly 7yrs. running, and that only this last time when Sara Thompson lost her leg while Scotty Gregg was locked up in jail unable to care for her, did she have a fit of conscience and decide that she didn't want Scotty Gregg to get into trouble again, because at that time, Scotty Gregg was running drugs with "BOBO", Timothy Wade Duncan Jr. before they had a falling out. I did have my suspicions about her bartering her pills, but I did not know that she was supplying them, and that she was requiring that Scotty Gregg turn over the profits from the pills and his food stamps to her, until shortly before we broke up. I jokingly called her "gangsta granny", how true that later was to be found:

On recent matters, I do know that Sara Thompson came to me because she said that she did not like having to take 2 heavy medicines. I asked her what she was taking, and I gave her a 2wks. supply of Spirulina, a natural supplement that produces dopamine. Before the 2wks. was up, she had already taken the two week supply, and it seemed as she sold her other pills for profit. When she asked for my help, I was not trying to enable her.

There are 3 people who were questionable from 12/24/2010 - 5/20/2011, who I warned Scotty Gregg not to associate with, either because I knew that they were injecting pills/strung out or that they were friends of people who did. If it becomes necessary to give up their names, I will, but this seemed very infrequent and unlike Scotty Gregg's past of gangbanging with Bubba (as we say black Bubba) and Bobo Duncan. I will also disclose what kind of medicine it was that his grandmother put him up to getting rid of or trading it out, if need be. I became very concerned when someone he knew from childhood died from an overdose, but he insisted that she simply took way more that what she was already prescribed.

Because the corruption is so widespread, and the Duncan family has seemed to have gone unscathed, this is why Sierra Jones made the threatening statement that she would have Bubba Duncan prosecute me. I am simply typing out the complaints Sara Thompson made, and making a statement to what I witnessed during our engagement. While I would like to think that Sierra Jones would not be involved in selling medication or participating in fraud with her other family members, her inability to control her temper and her thinking that she is untouchable is a very grandiose fantasy with her throwing up her Bubba Duncan, who is supposed to abide by the law he enforces.

Did Obama's father forget when he was born?

Questions rise from date indicated on president's birth certificate

With the release ofBarack Obama Sr.'s immigration file, it is now clear that he began misstating his year of birth at some point during his stay in the United States.


Born June 18, 1934, the senior Obama began listing the year of his birth as June 18, 1936, on U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service forms two years after arriving in the U.S.

The long-formbirthcertificatereleased by the White House lists his age as 25, corresponding to a 1936 year of birth.

The nurses or clerks who prepared the Obama long-form birth certificate apparently took enough care to establish that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa," not simply in "Kenya," and they listed his race as "African," not "Negro."

Why would they get the age wrong? If the document were forged, why would the forgers not list an age corresponding to a birthdate of June 18, 1934?

The INS file documents that until Obama was born, Barack Obama Sr. stated that he was born in 1934. But after the birth of Obama Jr., he claimed a birth year of 1936 on some documents and 1934 on others.

As seen below, the long-form birth certificate released by theWhiteHouse lists Obama' s father as being 25 years old in August 1961:

Interestingly, as seen below, an Immigration and Naturalization form filled out by Barack Obama Sr. in Honolulu, Hawaii, Aug. 31, 1961, when Barack Obama, Jr. was less that one-month old, shows his visa was to expire Aug. 9, 1961, five days after the baby was born.

Note that on this form, Barack Obama Sr. listed his birthdate as June 18, 1934, in Box 4.

When Barack Obama Sr. first arrived in Hawaii in September 1959, he reported his age as 25 years old, according to an article written by Shurei Hiroza in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, on Sept. 25, 1959, as seen below:

As seen below, INS forms prepared by Obama Sr.'s foreign student adviser June 27, 1962, continued to reflect his birthdate as June 18, 1934, the birthdate he had undoubtedly recorded in his student file when first enrolling at the University of Hawaii in September 1959:

Before the birth of Barack Obama Jr., there do not appear to be any instances in the INS file of Barack Obama Sr. or the newspaper articles written about him in Hawaii in which he indicated his birth year was 1936.

Beginning in the year after the birth of his son, the record shows he typically reported himself as two years younger.

Why would Barack Obama Sr. have incorrectly listed his age on his son's birth certificate when asked for the information by a nurse or clerk preparing it at Kapi'olaniMedicalCenter?

The error in reporting the age might be explained if the birth records in the Hawaii DOH were not the result of a hospital-generated birth certificate prepared by Kapi'olani staff after interviewing the father andmother.

The discrepancy in Obama Sr.'s reported age might be explained if the grandparents appeared alone at the Hawaii DOH office in Honolulu to report the birth, without Barack Obama Sr. or AnnDunhamappearing with them.

WND previously reportedthat the address in the Honolulu newspaper notices of Obama's birth was the grandparents address at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, where Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham never lived as husband and wife.

The grandparents may have mistaken the father's age when Hawaii recorded the birth information in a logbook used to issue in a short-form Certification of Live Birth.

Did Obama Sr. alter his birth year to remain consistent with what the grandparents had incorrectly reported to the Hawaii DOH?

In this era of tight airport security, the Transportation Safety Administration typically will not allow a passenger to board an airplane if the name printed on the ticket differs from the way it appears on government-issued identification.

Now that the White House has released President Obama's purported long-form birth certificate, a question arises as to why the name on that document does not match the name on his State Department passport.

This matched how his name was listed on the short-form Certification of Live Birth released during the 2008 presidential campaign, as first presented by DailyKos.com June 12, 2008:

Below is a close-up screen-capture of Obama's passport taken from the White House website:

Note that Obama’s name on his passport is listed as "Barack Hussein Obama," without the "II" the Hawaii documents list to indicate Obama was named after his father.

As seen below, U.S. State Department passport regulations require first-time applicants to submit an embossed birth certificate, complete with registrar's stamp, that lists the applicant's full name.

Presumably, the State Department intends to use the full name presented on the birth certificate as the name presented on the passport.

Since Obama has refused to release his passport records, it is impossible to determine what documents were submitted to the State Department to obtain the passport.

The author of the best-selling"Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President"charged today the resignation of White House counsel Bob Bauer is the result of his participation in the release of Barack Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," which he fears would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation by the FBI, Congress or the media.

When the announcement about Bauer's departure was made today,the AP said he was returning to private practice and to represent Obama as his personal attorney and as general counsel to Obama's re-election campaign.

Jerome Corsi's new book, "Where's the Birth Certificate?," is now available for immediate shipping, autographed by the author, only from the WND Superstore.

He's being replaced by Kathy Ruemmler, a former assistant U.S. attorney.

The AP reported Obama praised Bauer, who before his White House post had defended Obama against lawsuits that challenged his eligibility to be president.

But Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., who authored the "Where's the Birth Certificate?" book that debuted at No. 6 on the New York Times best-sellers list after reaching No. 1 several weeks earlier at Amazon.com, said, "I think Bauer's resignation marks the beginning of the Obama eligibility cover-up starting to unwind."

Corsi believes Bauer "felt compelled" to resign because of the growing substance to worries that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation.

"Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate," Corsi said.

"When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud," Corsi charged.

Corsi said he had been tipped off early in February that a long-form birth document for Obama had been forged and that the document was to be released.

"The information came from a mole within the Hawaii DOH who had been examining the vault logbook for months," Corsi explained. "Until just prior to February 24, no Obama long-form hospital-generated birth record could be found in the Hawaii DOH."

Corsi, whose book also has ascended to the upper reaches of other best-seller tabulations, said that when Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie "could not find the Obama birth records he had been searching for and radio journalist Mike Evans said so in a broadcast repeated over a series of radio stations across the nation, a decision was made within the White House to use a forgery that may have been in the works since as early as 2008."

Corsi said he believes the scenario developed this way:

Obama and Valerie Jarrett wanted to continue the stonewalling strategy they had used since 2008, relying on the short-form Certification of Live Birth and having Hawaii DOH claim that long-form birth certificate copies were no longer available, not even to Obama.


Obama and Jarrett had planned to use the forged birth certificate as an October surprise, just prior to the November 2012 election, if the pressure on Obama's eligibility remained an obstacle to his reelection.


But this strategy was overruled by White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley. He determined that a birth certificate, if it existed, had to be released now – to prevent the issue from gaining momentum.

"I believe both Daley and Bauer believed until recently that Obama was telling the truth and that the birth certificate was really there in the Hawaii DOH," Corsi said. "But when they realized that the date stamp on the computer file of the Obama birth certificate – put up on the White House website on April 27 – was that very same morning, it contradicted the idea the file was an earlier scan of the original Obama birth certificate in the Hawaii vault log book. What modifications to the file were being made at the White House? Was the file originally created at the White House? Why wasn't the file made and closed in Hawaii where the scan of the original document was supposedly made? Bauer realized the White House was lying to say a scan of the original document was being released."

Corsi said he's convinced that now top White House operatives such as Daley and Bauer believe there is no document in the Hawaii Department of Health that can withstand forensic analysis.

He said the legal challenges to a specific document that has been made public could be harder to deflect than a lawsuit generally alleging an ineligibility on Obama's part.

Corsi also said he believes top operatives in the Democratic Party "have concluded that if Obama does not kill the birther issue soon, he may have to resign – with the likelihood that Hillary Clinton will be elevated into the DNC presidential candidate in 2012."

Corsi suggested Republicans also are staying away from the "birther" issue because they have reached the same conclusion – and the RNC does not want "to have to face Hillary in the 2012 presidential election in the wake of an Obama resignation."

"What forced the release of the birth certificate on April 27 was the coming publication of the [Where's the Birth Certificate?] book," said Corsi.

"Bauer's resignation is the first step in the crumbling of inside support for Obama in the White House."

Corsi said pursuit of the "forger" who created the Obama Certificate of Live Birth already is well under way.

"The forgery consists of a composite of these various Hawaii 1961 legitimate documents, onto which was added Obama-specific information, with the result that the final version was composed in Adobe software," Corsi said.

WND reported when Bauer joined the White House.

Obama announced at that point he was waiving ethics rulesfor Bauer, his personal and campaign lawyer – and the same attorney who has defended Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.

But Executive Order 13490, "Ethics Commitments by Executive Branch Personnel," prohibits political appointees from participating in any matter involving specific parties that is directly and substantially related to former employers or former clients. The rule typically expires two years after the date of appointment.

According to the ethics waiver posted on the White House website, Bauer was exempted from the requirements of the ethics pledge "solely with respect to his former client the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and with respect to his former employer Perkins Coie LLP (Perkins Coie) in its capacity as counsel to the DNC and to President Barack Obama in his personal capacity."

The waiver suggested the ethics rules would have prevented Bauer from working on Obama's financial disclosure forms or issues related to the Democratic National Committee.

As WND reported, in April 2009, Bauer sent a letter to plaintiff Gregory Hollister of Hollister v. Soetoro, a retired Air Force

colonel, threatening sanctions if he didn't withdraw his appeal of the eligibility case that earlier was tossed by a district judge because the issue already had been "twittered."

"For the reasons stated in Judge Robertson's ruling, the suit is frivolous and should not be pursued," Bauer's letter warned. "Should you decline to withdraw this frivolous appeal, please be informed that we intend to pursue sanctions, including costs, expenses and attorneys' fees, pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 38 and D.C. Circuit Rule 38."

Bauer also represented Obama and the DNC in Philip Berg's eligibility lawsuit and various other legal challenges.

During the 2008 presidential campaign, Bauer functioned as an "attack lawyer," threatening with FEC complaints groups wanting to run anti-Obama television ads.

Also during the 2008 presidential campaign, Bauer as counsel for the Obama campaign wrote letters to television station managers and to Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General John Keeney arguing that airing an anti-Obama ad pointing to the known association between Obama and Weather Underground radical Bill Ayers would violate federal election rules.

Additionally, during the 2008 campaign, Bauer intervened on behalf of Obama to block the California-based American Leadership Project from running a television ad campaign over support from unions, including the Service Employees International Union.

Again, Bauer filed a complaint with the FEC alleging that the union-funded television campaign the American Leadership Project planned to run in Indiana against Obama was illegal under federal election laws.

In addition to representing Obama on eligibility cases, Bauer also served as legal counsel to represent the president in the criminal probe into the activities of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.
